The Sketchbook Project is The Coolest.
I happened upon the Brooklyn Art Library in Williamsburg last a weekend, a physical extension of this amazing crowdsourced art project called The Sketchbook Project.  I checked out two random sketchbooks, one being the work of MuscularTeeth of Australia, see the above example.  Super inspiring stuff:  http://www.sketchbookproject.com/ http://muscularteeth.com/

3 Dreams of Black is Awesome →
I love the imaginative landscape created in this piece.  The interaction is simple but but effective as well, proof that web-gl is now a real force to be wreckoned with.

We Feel Fine / API →
This is the coolest resource.  I love how easy it has become to create works which don’t just talk about the ideas and emotions of the public, but use the voice of it for the conversation as well.

On my flight to Kansas City last month there was a moment where the sun rising caused this crazy circular rainbow to appear around the shadow of the plane on the clouds. Check it:

OSC on Web →
This is a really useful tool. It makes it possible to easily communicate between an instrument and the web, so you could make a website visualizing your music in realtime as you play it.   Or you could use web-based user actions like clicking or entering text from users all over the world as an input to a musical system realized in a real space.

Overclock Your Brain →
unexpectedtech: It turns out that one of the ways you can speed up a microprocessor — shoving more current into it — also works on the human brain. The technique is called Transcranial Direct Stimulation, and while bioethicists are debating whether or not it’s ethical to use it to enhance learning in children, hobbyists have figure out how to try it out at home. Think of it as the new Adderrall...
